Non-profit With Charitable Status. Festival Bloomsday Montréal received official status as a non-profit organization (NPO) from the Registraire des enterprises of Québec on October 8, 2014. It received its letters patent under la Loi sur les Compagnies (# 1170417720).
Festival Bloomsday Montréal was also recognized on April 30, 2015 as a charitable foundation by the Charities Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency (# 82504 3581 RR0001).
Purpose. Our mandate directs us to advance culture and education through a festival in Montréal, focused primarily on the literary works of author James Joyce.
